		<description>It is when you change the default sizing in the browser. So in Firefox on OSX the change is under Firefox &gt; Preferences &gt; under the content tab resize there. This is not using the View &gt; Zoom function. This changes&lt;strong&gt; the default&lt;/strong&gt; font size for the browser. Sorry if it was unclear hope that clarified things.
